Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in original condition (unused or lightly used with no damage)
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Returns After 30 Days
Returns requested after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Software & Subscription Policy
- Software renewals are refundable within 14 days of purchase
- After 14 days, software renewals are non-refundable
- Activated or used software may not be eligible for refund
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that show signs of misuse, damage, or modification
- Items missing components or original packaging
- Products marked as final sale or non-refundable
- Software or digital products that have been activated or used
Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
